Manipulation of plastics

I came across the up-coming London designer Kitty Joseph via Kim Howells's blog. Her work as a stylist is always eye-engaging and she has worked with all some of the most known magazines, musicians, designers and other creatives. I was introduced to her work by Fred Butler - I wish it was in person, but it was on her blog.
So why Kitty? First of all her name is Kitty :)! 
Then come the clothes, they are graphic and bold, I love the use of materials, which seems very experimental and up-to-date. I wish that new talents were recognized more for their work, since these days what seems to be popular and trendy (I really dislike the word but it is what it is) is exactly what Kitty does. As Kim Howells says "Kitty's acute eye for detail, confidence with colour and appreciation of weird and wonderful fabrics, such as neoprene, mesh. lycra and perspex make her one of the most exciting newcomers in London".
